Chris Jericho, as we learned this week, will be taking on The Undertaker at Greatest Royal Rumble in a casket match. Originally, Rusev was slated to take on the Deadman but was replaced.
Jericho has been trash talking Taker since the announcement was made, making this post a few days ago. The Fozzy frontman reminded fans that the last time the two met in the ring, it didn’t go Taker’s way.
The last time I was in the ring with #TheUndertaker, I beat him for the @wwe world title. In a few weeks at the #GreatestRoyalRumble, I’m gonna beat him again and BURY his ass… #KingOfTheCasketMatch

Jericho was referring to the match above, where he defeated the Undertaker on an episode of Smackdown. However, he won’t have Edge this time around to bail him out.
Y2J posted yet again on Instagram today, claiming to be “undefeated” in casket matches.
FYI- I am UNDEFEATED in #CasketMatch’s…and on April 27, #TheUndertaker will REST IN PIECES. #KingOfTheCasketMatch #GreatestRoyalRumble @wwe (graphic by @97abdulmalik)

You can add ‘King of the Casket Match’ to the ever-growing list of Jericho’s nicknames, even though this will actually be his first casket match.
Y2J will take on The Undertaker on April 27th.
